Karen Miller had an extensive career in the UK private healthcare sector as Hospital Manager/CEO prior to joining the UME Group. In these early roles and working largely to turnaround briefs, Karen had considerable success in demonstrating that high quality patient care and profitability are compatible organizational goals. She has a passion for creating value based organizations.Appointed as Deputy Chief Operations Officer with United Medical in June 2007 Karen was subsequently appointed as CEO Allied Diagnostics to guide the strategic development of the business. Her responsibilities include strategy, business development and operations and to optimize the position of Allied Diagnostics as the leading diagnostic imaging provider in the UAE.
