The Young Herts PFI project wins the Best Community / User Involvement in a project at the PPF Awards. This scheme entails the provision and maintenance of children's homes and family support centres across fourteen sites in Hertfordshire. UME provides the project management, is co-sponsor and 75% investor in this project.

Acquisition of ADG Consulting - December 2007
Doug Carlisle, the founder of ADG Consulting, was appointed as Managing Director of UME Consulting Limited following the Groups aquisition of ADG. Doug and his team will provide solutions to many of the complex issues facing health organisations from strategic direction, capacity, and service reviews to working on Trust, PCT or bidder side on PFI, LIFT and Procure 21 capital schemes.
Al Corniche Hospital Abu Dhabi receives (JCIA) Accreditation - December 2007

UME Consulting awarded Equipment Procurement Services contract for University College London Hospital - Phase 2 - July 2007
Having already successfully completed the specification, procurement and installation of all new equipment for the brand new £422m University College London Hospital. UME Consulting have now been awarded the contract for the procurement services for a new women & neonatal hospital.
