To date, we have brought seventeen projects from initial concept idea, through the bidding, negotiating and construction phases into fully operational facilities. We have unrivalled expertise in this process. Our superior experience is so well recognised that the National Audit Office regularly invite us to present to public sector bodies on how to best manage relationships between the public and private sector.We take responsibility for and oversee, from a bidders and investors perspective, all aspects of our projects, including project management, during the construction and operational phase. We are active participants in the project's creation, formulation and ongoing management throughout its operational phase and have been responsible for the SPV management of the majority of our projects. We appreciate the importance of continuity and always aim to ensure that the same team stays with the project up to Financial Close and even thereafter.
Our approach is collaborative. We establish open, honest and strong relationships with all our partners. Our partners are carefully selected based on their experience and ability to understand the needs of our clients. Our construction partners are not just excellent builders they are all registered with the 'Considerate Constructors' scheme. They work with the community to minimise disruption, hold open days to inform and involve members of the public and have pro-active local recruitment programmes.
