We take an integrated approach to healthcare facilities planning - from the very beginning of the design process, through to equipment planning and procurement and onto the final commissioning and opening of the facility. This ensures that the physical design and specification of interiors, equipment and technology are informed by the needs of the community and the appropriate model of care.We also recognise that all projects are different and that the scope of what is required can range from a complete 'concept to operation' proposal for a new build, to consultancy support or a strategic review programme.

This means undertaking health modelling and capacity planning from the start.
