Our team provides on site assistance for the receipt, storage and placement of equipment and work closely with hospital staff to ensure that a smooth handover is achieved. Our team will also help with the procurement for Group 4 items, ie linen, uniforms, instruments, and minor equipment.
The UME Group have a process that allows the building design to be developed using generic equipment data. This data can then be easily amended and detailed equipment specifications added. This means that decisions relating to equipment selection can be left as late as possible in the process, and enables the hospital to consider procuring the very latest technology. New facilities can open their doors with state-of-the-art technology, rather than equipment that was current at the time the design process began.
