How UME Made A Difference
After carrying out a feasibility study, United Medical proposed revisions to the original service specification. This led to an expansion of the outpatients and diagnostic capability and additional space provision for clinical services. It also ensured that maximum value could be gained from the capital investment. We also undertook a review of equipment requirements and developed an IT strategy to support the automated operational procedures that we had recommended. The operational team implemented a marketing and communication strategy necessary to support the hospital's business plan.The pre-opening and operational budgets were completed and recruitment plans successfully implemented. Working practices have been developed, drawing from The UME Group's experiences in the Middle East and further a field. This ensures that we achieve optimum performance standards whilst delivering efficient, high quality care.
Allied Diagnostics is now providing CT and MRI services at Muscat Private Hospital.
